Hi, I'm Ish Ortiz. I'm a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Sports Nutritionist, Certified Metabolic Balance Coach, and Fitness Trainer with over 10 years of experience helping clients achieve their best health. As a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP), and The Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHNP), I specialize in Functional Holistic Nutrition, with a focus on hormonal balance, digestive health, and sustainable weight management. My passion lies in empowering individuals to understand their bodies better and achieve their wellness goals through personalized nutrition strategies.
I conduct highly personalized nutritional counselling sessions to maximize the chances of success. During these sessions, I thoroughly examine each person on an individual basis. I then aim to get to the root cause of the given health concern or condition, rather than only dealing with symptoms. My role is not to diagnose, prescribe or treat. I started working with Ish for personal training in July 2023. Between then and January 2024, we worked together both in person and through his online training programs. Ish and I worked together for 4 months and during that short time, I saw significant improvements in my health. When I met Ish, I was dealing with all sorts of digestion problems, extreme stress, and overall unwell and unhealthy feelings.
